# any page. That is not a gap waiting to be filled in; it is what the site is,

# a whitelist: a bid claiming to sell engineer.company inventory is authorized
# only if a record below names the seller making it. With no seller named,

# has none. A missing file cannot say that. It only says nobody answered.
